Recap:
How to choose and manage your AP exams?
During high school, Yifan took around 4 AP exams per year so that he can better study these subjects without overloading himself.
Among all the AP exams he took, he thinks that Calculus BC, Computer Science A, English, and Statistics are the most useful because he can earn credits toward his major degree.
Why is Robotics helpful in CS applications?
In the talk, Yifan suggested, “Use reflection to impress the admission officer, not just the event”.
That being said, robotics is helpful because it not only demonstrates your technical skills, but also demonstrates leadership, passion, and ability to self-study.
