Swiftly enhance your child’s math abilities and understanding through Think Academy’s online March Basic Math Classes

Next month is less than two weeks away and Think Academy has begun enrollment for our online March Basic Math classes! These courses act as a supplemental program that will help boost your child’s confidence and get them on track to becoming a math expert in no time. Our March edition of Basic Math focuses on improving students’ skills in topics such as decimals, fractions, word problems, and so much more!

What is Basic Math?

Think Academy implemented the Basic Math program a year ago as a way to provide parents with the resources needed to assure that their students remain on a smooth math development path. Since its implementation, there have been around 500 students that have enrolled in the program!

We have created these courses in a way that will both challenge the students and allow them to have fun along the way. Each class will be full of enjoyable exercises so that children can develop a passion and appreciation for math.

Furthermore, these Basic Math classes meet the curriculum standards of highly ranked private schools and will enable your children to get ahead of their math peers. In addition, Think Academy’s Basic Math classes prepare students to score high on both the ISEE and other standardized tests. 

Topics Covered in Basic Math

Think Academy is offering three different levels of Basic Math courses for the month of March. Level one covers kindergarten and first grade, level two covers second and third grade, and level three covers fourth and fifth grade. 

Think Academy is also offering a Basic Pre-algebra course this March for students in fifth grade through middle school. This course will help your child get a head start in the subject of algebra to ensure that they pass their future algebra one class with flying colors. The structure for this class is the same as the other three Basic Math classes that are listed above.

Within a span of about three weeks, students will master eight separate math modules. Since this is a significant amount of information to cover. The modules are divided up into eight individual sessions. That way, students will not only be able to learn the class material at an efficient pace. They will also be able to retain the information that they learn each session.
