Due to her rich teaching experience and unique academic background, Victoria Pan excels at teaching students from all different education levels

Meet Victoria Pan, another one of Think Academy’s encouraging and interactive teachers! All of our instructors put so much work into providing their students with the best possible education and classroom experience. Today, we are going to cover Victoria’s educational achievements, teaching experience, and teaching philosophy.

Victoria Pan: Educational Background and Teaching Experience

Victoria graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. While in college, she earned her dual degree in Elementary Education and Special Education. In addition, Victoria has more than two years of teaching experience. Throughout the last two years, she has taught over 100 students.

Victoria Pan as a Teacher

Ever since elementary school, Victoria had dreamed of becoming a teacher. She finally realized her dream in college as she both majored in education and volunteered to teach outside of school. Over the past few years, she has gained experience teaching kids from 1st grade to middle school in public schools and afterschool programs.

Furthermore, due to the concentration of her degree being in Elementary Education and Special Education. Victoria is able to teach children with learning disabilities as well.

Victoria’s goal while teaching is to provide her students with the same opportunity to learn despite their differences. She accomplishes this through constant encouragement and personalized guides. This in turn helps to remove any potential learning barriers.

On top of that, Victoria wants her students to not be afraid to keep trying so that they can eventually succeed academically. Her bright and joyful personality creates a fun and interactive class for her students and works to foster kids’ interest in math. Lastly, Victoria’s interests outside of school include watching cartoons which help her connect and bond with her students more easily.
